Signature Experiences

Beyond the game drives, five hand-picked experiences have been woven through the programme — each one designed to connect your team, surprise and delight, and create the kind of shared memories that define a group forever.

Safari Walk

Naibosho Conservancy

An exclusive guided walk through Naibosho Conservancy, led by armed Maasai rangers. Encounter the Mara ecosystem at ground level — tracks, plants and wildlife at a pace no game drive can match.

Yoga on the Plains

Morning session

A sunrise yoga session on the open plains led by a visiting instructor, with the Mara's boundless horizon as your studio. A moment of stillness before the day unfolds.

Sound Healing

Dawn at camp

A guided sound bath before the savanna fully wakes, using crystal singing bowls and resonant tones. A deeply restorative start to the day — unlike anything a conference agenda has ever offered.

Tribal Dance & Bush Gala

Gala evening

A Bush Gala Dinner set in the open wilderness, lit by lanterns and firelight. Maasai warriors perform traditional tribal dances as night falls over the Mara — an evening nobody will forget.

Company Trivia Night

Sundowner

Teams compete in a custom quiz celebrating your company's milestones and culture, mixed with Mara wildlife knowledge. Perfectly calibrated to spark laughter and friendly rivalry.

Paint & Sip

Sundowner

Guests capture the Mara landscape on canvas with guided watercolours as the plains turn amber at dusk. No artistic experience required — only a sense of wonder.

Expert Local
Leadership

A dedicated Kenya-based lead guide will anchor the group's journey. For 47 guests, a fleet of expert driver-guides accompanies each vehicle — ensuring every guest travels with an informed, attentive naturalist at their side.

Lead Guide
To be confirmed

Your lead guide will be a Kenya-based safari specialist with deep knowledge of the Masai Mara ecosystem — its wildlife corridors, seasonal game patterns and hidden landscapes. Experienced at managing large private groups while maintaining the intimacy of a small-group safari, your lead guide coordinates the fleet, briefs the group and ensures the programme runs seamlessly from Nairobi to the Mara and back.

Private Safari Fleet

A group of 47 guests travels in a dedicated fleet of private 4×4 safari vehicles, each with its own licensed driver-guide. The open-roof vehicles allow unobstructed 360° wildlife viewing, and the fleet operates on a shared radio network so all vehicles converge on key sightings simultaneously. The group dines, sleeps and experiences activities together — but each vehicle moves with its own rhythm on the plains.
